Johnny’s journey begins from the Pure South farms and Wilson Hellaby. 100% New Zealand farmer owned, sustainably farmed, grass fed, hand- picked, craft butchered Pure South Premium dry-aged steaks have 4+ marbling score and minimum 55 days of ageing.

Our Prime Steer from Wilson Hellaby is sourced from local farms around the north island that have been around since 1873, with carefully selected traditional beef breeds, such as Angus, Hereford, and Murray Grey. We are proud to present New Zealand’s best from farm to your table.
